A blast from the past.  The old traditions are maintained with technology that enables the dates to be vacuum compressed and sealed so that the dates can be stored for long periods without affecting the taste and quality.  No preservatives are used as the dates are preserved in their own juices.  While sticky and for the uninitiated a little bit messy, the taste of the Maknooz is truly special and worthy of a try.
