The canned sprat comes from some of the oldest dalyans (fishing weir) in Bulgaria, located in the crystal clear waters north of Balchik with full traceability of the catch. Apart from its rich Black Sea taste, it is also unsuspectedly good for you - it is rich in the most important vitamins, minerals, proteins and Omega 3 fatty acids for our body. To preserve its authentic taste and beneficial substances we only blanch it lightly before adding a balanced and all-natural tomato sauce with olive oil.
