The Premium Pantry Range including Blackberry and Thyme infused Pearl Bursts
Developed recently these new additions to the Burren Balsamics Range bring products to a new level.
Three varieties of pearl burst add a wonderful flavour to any dish. Pop some BLACKBERRY AND THYME PEARL BURSTS on top of a piece of lamb, or some chicken liver pate - maybe even onto some blue cheese.
CITRUS BURSTS both look beautiful and taste delicious on some fish or perhaps into the bottom of a Mojito cocktail.
The newest to the range of pearls is the PEAT SMOKED PEARL BURSTS which finish off some smoked salmon or some pate. Add into a whiskey cocktail.
There is also some TRUFFLE HONEY - great drizzled onto some cheese after dinner and then some TRUFFLE AND PORCINI SALT. This is great to sprinkle on a steak before grilling.
