Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea
Taiwanese Tieguanyin tea is renowned for its unique "heavy roasting and medium fermentation" process. It is characterized by its tightly rolled, dark-colored leaves, and after brewing, the tea liquor is a rich, clear amber color with a strong roasted and ripe fruit aroma. The flavor is mellow, sweet, and refreshing, with a slight fruity acidity and a unique "rhythm." It is resistant to multiple infusions and has a strong aftertaste. Commonly found in the Muzha area of Taipei, ours Tie Guan Yin Tea is from Pinglin tea gardens, it belongs to the roasted, spherical oolong tea category.
