Fresh root ginger at its best, pungent and aromatic tempered with sweet green apples to give a unique tasting Sambal. CHILLI AND LEMONGRASS SAMBAL

This one needs cooking to tenderise the lemongrass and release the fiery chillies. Although it IS hot, the citrussy lemongrass and garlic adds the classic taste of Asia.
