Vallillo Extra virgin olive oil
Our olive oil is unique. It is extracted from olives of the Provenzale and Peranzana, typical varieties from Serracapriola. The production is about 50,000 quintals per year. Early harvest time (in late September) and low yield make it an intense fruity oil with hints of artichoke and unripe tomato. Our olive oil is pleasant on the palate with the right balance between bitter and spicy. This is how Vallillo olive oil is born, healthy and at 0 km, obtained exclusively from olives of our territory. The “Amenduni line” of the family oil mill is located in a structure equipped with eco-sustainable devices. It operates with the ingenuity of an expert oil master who, through continuous process innovation, is able to adapt to what nature gives us. Our superfine olive oil is available in a refined and rustic packaging at the same time, which is the result of the youngest’s hard work and passion.
