Andy Clayton is a Biologist and entrepreneur. Motivated by a passion to apply biology to the climate crisis, Andy is the Founder of Fermtech a climate biotech company that has pioneered the use of cost effective fermentation technologies to produce ultra-sustainable food ingredients.

Andy is based in Oxford and teaches at the Said Business School. He has founded and successfully exited 2 businesses, with a combined turnover of over £30m, and is a recognised business author. He is a keen athlete and advocate for autistic causes.
