Ella has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years. With a career starting at D&D London, she went on to hold a number of senior roles as Operations and People Director for Sourced Market and at Cirrus Inns, busily opening ten venues a year.
Subsequently, Ella was Head of People at MJMK (KOL, Lisboeta and Casa do Frango) and Chief People Officer at Ottolenghi. At Electric Mayonnaise, Ella leads their CIPD HR and coaching qualifications as well as supporting small businesses and HRDs with new legislation and employee relations.
