Ella is an Associate in the Commercial Team at White & Black Limited, a specialist corporate, commercial and disputes law firm (recently recognised by The Times as a UK top 30 law firm for company and commercial work) and a member of the FDEA. She has experience negotiating contracts for food, fashion and lifestyle brands, drafting commission and distribution agreements, terms & conditions, e-commerce and consultancy agreements and has a particular interest in the food and beverage sector. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Ella worked in business development and marketing for start-ups across the tech, hospitality and food industries.
