Georgie Barulis

Founder , WomaWoma

Georgie began her career at 20 in the UK vending industry, helping to grow what is now one of the most successful independent national vending companies. She led a sales team of ten, became a shareholder, and later exited, an early lesson in both growth and timing. While raising her family, Georgie moved into consultancy, securing national deals with major organisations including DHL and FedEx. She then joined a city-based firm as Sales Director, where she spent five years driving commercial performance and strategic growth.

Georgie went on to launch her own city venture, which she successfully sold just before lockdown. She also created and operated six independent coffee shops across Hertfordshire villages, and developed bespoke in-house coffee concepts for corporate environments including Barclays. These experiences led to the creation of WomaWoma a coffee company focused on supporting women across the supply chain. Her journey reflects growth, exits, reinvention and inevitable failures, shaping a founder who blends commercial grit with social purpose and a determination to do business differently.
