James has more than 25 years’ experience in the beer, wine, and spirits industry. He is currently CEO at Wrexham Lager Beer Co. and has engineered the expansion of the brand into new international territories, including the US, Canada, Australia, and Scandinavia, as well as overseen the majority takeover by its new celebrity co-owners, Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds.

He is a vastly experienced operator, specialising in business growth and operational strategy and over his career has played a pivotal role in the establishment of major alcohol brands in the UK and internationally, including Red Bull, Corona Extra, Tsingtao Beer, Lambs Rum, and several whisky Distilleries.

James’ current focuses include the development of new and expanded production facilities for Wrexham Lager Beer Co. in both Wrexham and overseas, as well as the unlocking of new international routes to market for the business.
