Joanna Walker is a UK retail expert and co-founder of Grocery Impact, supporting food and drink brands to sell, scale and succeed in grocery retail.
With over 25 years of experience, including senior roles in product development, buying and marketing at Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury’s, Jo brings deep insight into what drives buyer decisions and what it takes for brands to win and retain shelf space.
Over the past 10 years, she has supported 150+ food and drink brands to launch into retail and scale their businesses. Through a combination of category expertise and commercial strategy, Jo and her team help brands strengthen their retail proposition, secure listings and build the commercial foundations needed to drive growth.
Jo is also Sales Director for the UK and Europe for Steens Manuka Honey, giving her hands-on experience managing retailer relationships and delivering growth at shelf.
