Karen specialises in branding and marketing strategy for food and drink brands together with helping clients to understand consumer behaviour and how to apply psychological principles to successful business activity. Whether it is product development, packaging design or other sales and marketing activity, Karen combines the science with creative business ideas to drive results. Taking advantage of the various lockdowns, Karen used this time to study a Masters in Consumer Psychology and is now working on her dissertation which is all about the psychology of sustainable food consumption focussing particularly on packaging design.
