Katie Birrell is a Board Member and Head of International Sales for the Edinburgh based bakery, Nairn’s Oatcakes Ltd; an Export Champion for DBT and SNABC Board Member.  For the last 24 years Katie has been developing business for Scottish companies in overseas markets resulting in an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of international sales. While not extoling the virtues of oats to unsuspecting locals, Katie can be found on the mountain bike trails of Scotland with kid and better half in tow.
