Specializing in diverse product categories, Mateusz has successfully developed everything from dairy products (butter, cheese, cream, whey, protein concentrates), to powdered blends and dairy-free/dairy alternative beverages, meal replacement drinks, protein drinks, cold brew coffee, and coffee beverages, fruit juices and smoothies in both chilled and ambient formats, and fermented and Functional beverages.

In addition to product development, Mateusz undertakes various research projects for market-leading beverage brands and packaging suppliers.
