Michael Kill
Michael Kill is a prominent leader and passionate advocate for the UK’s night-time economy, with decades of hands-on experience across the sector. As Chief Executive Officer of the Night Time Industries Association (NTIA), he plays a central role in shaping national policy and public discourse, working closely with local and national government and regularly providing expert evidence to Parliamentary Select Committees. His work extends beyond policy to champion safety, workforce support, and long-term economic sustainability for nightlife businesses and communities.
Alongside his role at the NTIA, Michael is Chair of the UK Door Security Association and Vice President of the International Nightlife Association (INA), where he promotes high standards of security, operational excellence, and innovation on a global scale.
