Mike Adams is the Head of Product Innovation and Insights at Campden BRI, where he has worked for 10 years across a variety of scientific and research roles. Mike has a BSc in Microbiology from the University of Manchester, and 20 years’ experience across quality and R&D in FMCG and retail. The Product Innovation and Insights Group at Campden BRI offer a wide range of technical, scientific and insight support to the global food and drink industry.
