Having previously run her own business, she understands first-hand the realities and pressures suppliers face, from cash flow and margin management to operational resilience.

During her career Natasha has worked closely with most major UK supermarkets, particularly the Tesco supplier development team, providing valuable supplier-side insight into systems development, process improvement, and collaborative ways of working. This experience allows her to bridge the gap between retailer expectations and supplier capabilities, delivering practical, commercially grounded solutions. Natasha is passionate about building strong partnerships enabling suppliers to grow profitably while meeting the demands of modern retail.
