Rebecca has oversight of the Foundation’s work engaging food businesses, investors and policymakers with the need to transition the UK towards more transparent practices and a more sustainable and healthy food system. This includes work on the Plating Up Progress benchmark and the Bang in Some Beans campaign. Rebecca is a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr, Public Health) with a background in science communication.
