At The Princess of Shoreditch, Ruth brings her creative and refined approach to the kitchen, with a keen focus on quality British produce and seasonality, evident throughout all of her menus - from the Modern British tasting menus in the first-floor dining room, to the downstairs menu offering elevated pub classics. The restaurant was recently awarded 3 rosettes, making this the only pub in London with this accolade, and was named 'Newcomer of the Year' at the 2022 Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropub Awards.
