Sarah Bentley is an award-winning founder, author, campaigner, broadcaster and community builder passionate about food and social justice. Her work inspires people to grow, cook and eat more plants to support both human and planetary health. She founded the pioneering plant-based community cookery school Made In Hackney, authored the food justice cookbook We Cook Plants, and is now Director of Food & Culture at Plant-Based Health Professionals UK, where she supports healthcare settings to adopt plant-rich food cultures.
