Shezad Aslam is the Founder of Aagrah Foods, a Yorkshire-born family brand bringing authentic Kashmiri restaurant flavours into UK homes. After beginning his career as a chemical engineer and spending nearly a decade delivering major manufacturing projects for some of the UK’s largest food companies, Shezad eventually returned to the family food legacy, applying engineering-led problem-solving to brand building.

Shezad grew an embryonic business into a fast-scaling FMCG success. Under his leadership, Aagrah has achieved nationwide supermarket presence, grown from £100k revenue to more than £5m, and become a standard-bearer for high-quality Indian flavour solutions on-shelf.
