With 14 years in hospitality and nearly 10 years with the Four Seasons across multiple properties, Victoria Lebedeva brings a wealth of knowledge and a deeply ingrained understanding of how people, detail and consistency shape great service.

Victoria’s career has taken her across standalone restaurants, luxury and destination resorts throughout Europe, the Middle East and North America, including flagship properties in London, Paris, Dubai and Miami.

She has led restaurant pre-openings, revitalised underperforming operations and improved margins during challenging trading periods while maintaining strong team retention. In her current role at the Four Seasons Tower Bridge she is overseeing full-property Food & Beverage P&L, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and capex planning, she is currently leading a team of up to 140 people.

She is passionate about developing future leaders, with a focus on building clear progression pathways and empowered teams. Her philosophy is simple: luxury is personal, whether it’s time, recognition or genuine human connection, and exceptional service comes from teams who feel trusted, supported and proud of what they do.

Victoria and her team is currently in the process of opening a new restaurant within the hotel, Coopers Cut which is set to be a huge success, adding value to the hotels in house and external guests.
