Tasting Trends NEW FOR 2019

Tasting Trends is an exciting new street-food style experiential feature giving you the opportunity to see and taste all the up-and-coming food & drink trends of 2019.

  • You will be guided through the feature where several pioneering chefs will be cooking innovative recipes focused on up and coming food & drink trends.
  • On each day of the show a different trend will be featured. There will be 5 tours a day lasting approximately 30 minutes in total.
  • Join our vertical farm partners, Rootlabs, at the end of each session with a workshop where you will make your own punnet of delicious microgreens to take home with you. Sam Cox will talk you through vertical farming methods and how these can be used in your company to get the freshest microgreens and herbs with minimal effort and carbon footprint.
