In 1973, the cheese processing factory with its current name was founded in Parapotamos. It was at that moment that more and more people began to taste and talk about the famous headscarf. 

Since then, we have an exclusive and close relationship with more than 300 farming families wgo provide us with the best Greak goat kai sheep milk from the outskirts od Mount Olympus and Kissavos. The milk has been collected daily with great care by our drivers for many years from the area of Tempe, Agia to the area of Dion and Leptokarya.

With daily hard work, with the same people and their experience, it became possible to produce other traditional products such as feta, kefalotiri, manouri, goat cheese and anthotyro.
