Since its conception, Byron Bay Spirits has been on a mission to create unique yet delicious tasting premium spirits which encapsulate the true essence of Byron Bay. Using local ingredients and an authentic Italian twist, Byron Bay Spirits produces exquisite flavours that are unlike any other on the shelves. They are products not to be looked at, but to be thoroughly enjoyed.  Our state of the art distillery is located close to fields of fresh citrus fruits, amazing native botanicals and beehives.  We combine the traditional art of distilling with innovative, modern technology to achieve extremely high quality, small batch spirits.  We use the latest filtration technologies and automation techniques to allow us to produce high quality products without the use of artificial chemical additives.  A modern automated canning facility located on-site allows us to rapidly can our fresh product and respond quickly to growing export demands.  

The provenance of Byron Bay is associated with gourmet products and enjoys a thriving and rapidly growing brewing and distilling industry.  There is an increasing demand for high quality products which are made in our region.     

Our range of Nitrogen Infused, ready made cocktails represent the largest export opportunity for us currently.  These are premium, bar quality cocktails ready to serve right out of the can.  They are made with real, high quality natural ingredients.  We currently have 4 cocktails, but are adding new exciting cocktails regularly.
