Our teaching and research facilities include the world leading ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre. Our centre is staffed by internationally recognised experts in environmental health, food legislation, food science, nutrition, dietetics, microbiology, and new product development. We can provide support with staff training, food manufacture and bringing new products to market.
