EPIRUS SA is one of the largest cheese-producing companies in Greece with 3 state-of-the-art production and packaging facilities in Greece:
– Arta: Production of PDO feta and other white cheeses and traditional Greek hard cheeses. Packaging facilities with 10 production lines.
– Elassona: Production of Kaseri PDO, Talagani, yellow hard & semihard cheeses.
– Domokos: Production of traditional spread cheeses.
Today, EPIRUS SA numbers 280 employees, co-operates with a network of 350 suppliers and collects milk from 1,800 farmers.
Approximately 47,000 tons of sheep’s & goat’s milk are processed annually at the EPIRUS plants. The company’s production capacity and methods, its consistent investment in technology and R&D, plus an innovative spirit combined with in depth knowledge of tradition, guarantee the excellent quality of EPIRUS products.
EPIROS UK LTD is our subsidiary and the sole distributor in the British isles for our Products.
