La Chocolaterie Galler

Since 1976, La Chocolaterie Galler has been offering its customers delightful chocolate experiences thanks to a wide range of quality products: filled chocolate bars, solid and filled tablets, pralines, spreads, small Easter eggs, etc. Since 2020, these sweet treats have been based on a more ethical and sustainable supply chain through FAIRTRADE certification for 100% of its cocoa, and its partnership with the Yeyasso cooperative in sustainable agro-forestry projects.
Some figures for the past 2 years:
• 100% of our cocoa is certified Fairtrade.
• The environmental footprint of our chocolates has decreased by 18%.
• We have planted nearly 60,000 trees in Côte d’Ivoire to recreate sustainable cocoa farms.
• The premiums paid by Galler to cocoa farmers increased their income from cocoa by 13.4%.
• Today, 64% of our cocoa farmer partners are above the poverty line, with 17% above the living income level.
