Salumificio Sant'Orso was founded in 1995 in Northern Italy, continuing the business that had already been operating since 1972.

The company has four production plants and produces cured raw salami, cooked products and smoked products.

We select only Italian and European raw materials for our products. Attention to raw materials combined with the most advanced maturing techniques are consolidated rules in our production system.

Vacuum packaging guarantees those characteristics of goodness and authenticity typical of our productions.

We do not use glutamate, polyphosphates, milk derivatives, gluten and other allergens.

We want to offer to consumers salami and cured meats with healthy and genuine ingredients.

SPICY SALAMI is one of our stars, the recipe is handed down from father to son.

The new smoked variant is delicious and inimitable.
