VALCOLATTE is located in Pontenure (Piacenza), on an area of about 112,000 square meters. We collect only Italian milk from local breeders, thus providing a full traceability o our raw materials. We use 600,000 litres of Italian milk per day for the production of: mozzarella ricotta, and smoked scamorza. Production site covers an area of 26,000 square meters an our staff counts on 350 employees. We have also an internal laboratory to check all products.
