Craft baking has been at the heart of what we do since 2009, when we began in Germany. Today, we bake around the clock at 1 Islington High Street in The Angel Building, bringing fresh bread to London every day and night.

 Our goal is simple: to provide our customers with the best bread in town.

This requires two key principles:

First, craftsmanship. Great bread requires expertise, daily care, and patience. We believe exceptional baking cannot be rushed - good bread takes skill, and truly great bread takes time.

Second, ingredients. We use only the finest organic ingredients we can source. All of our breads, pastries, sandwiches, and drinks are made with 100% organically grown ingredients, and we never use additives or artificial colouring.

Quality is at the center of everything we do, and for us, working with organic ingredients is fundamental to achieving it. We give our bread exactly what it needs to be at its best: time, care and locally sourced ingredients.

Today, we proudly supply customers across London within the M25, seven days a week.

Saftkorn Wholegrain
Whole-grain bread made from rye and spelt grains. Packed with nutritious oilseeds, our Saftkorn has a hearty, moist and flavourful interior.
Wholegrain Dark Sourdough
Wholemeal rye bread made from 100% coarsely ground rye grain. Enriched with fermented fine cocoa and sugar beet syrup, it has a rich, earthy sweetness.
Kartoffel-Spelt
Soft, airy, and full of flavor – this spelt loaf combines the richness of potatoes with the sweetness of spelt. Its open crumb and crisp crust make it a cozy companion to warm soups.
Farmer's Rye
Our Farmer's Rye is made from rustic rye and spelt flour, lightened by the addition of our in-house sourdough. Baked on stone and refined with a touch of fennel.
Multi-Seed Körnerkruste
Hearty wheat and rye bread with a crunchy crust, moist crumb, and lots of oilseeds. Baking directly on stone ensures a tasty, crispy surface.
Walnuss Dattel
A light bread made from wheat and rye grains with spelt sourdough and refined with roasted walnuts and dates. Stone-baked for a crisp crust, it's perfect for cheese boards or breakfast spreads.
Baguette
Our take on the French classic, with a crispy crust, open crumb and aromatic flavour. Baked directly on stone for that extra flavour an crunch. A classic addition to everyone’s dining table.
Roggenbauer
A rustic farmer’s rye bread made with spelt, fermented with only our sourdough - no yeast. Baked on stone and refined with a hint of fennel, a traditional German bread.
Focaccia
Vegan focaccia made from an airy wheat dough with fresh tomatoes and zaatar. Rounded off with sea salt and olive oil.
Seeded Sourdough Brotchen
Hearty roll, packed with oilseeds and made with a superfine flour. Our natural sourdough gives it a soft, moist crumb and its distinctive aroma.
Le Petit
Our rustic wheat roll with a big crunch. This roll has a strong crust and crispy, moist interior. Perfect on the go.
Brezel Brotchen
Lovely on the go, this pretzel roll is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and finished with the perfect amount of salt.
House Brotchen
Our signature roll. Made with rye flour and with a 24-hour dough process, this roll has an incredibly crisp crust and an open, tender crumb.
Poppy Brotchen
Topped with gently toasted poppy seeds, this spelt roll has a soft crumb and a subtle, nutty crunch.
Walnuss Brotchen
A crispy roll, with a distinctive nutty aroma. Made with spelt sourdough and roasted walnuts, the long resting process allows for a rich, toasted flavour.

A soft spelt roll with a coating of nutty sesame seeds that are roasted on the surface during baking.

A crispy, vegan snack made from spelt dough and studded with olives. The perfect savoury snack when you're on the move.

The sweet answer to our Olivenstange. This crispy vegan snack is hand-twisted, and made from spelt flour and dark chocolate.
Käsedings
Cheesy, chewy and packed with flavour. This hand-twisted wheat snack is topped with melted cheese, pumpkin seeds and our savoury spice blend.
Tomato-Stange
Homemade tomato sauce, topped with garlic, rosemary and fresh herbs, on a baked to perfection Sourdough base.
Brezel
Crispy pretzel with a tender crumb and coarse salt. Shaped by hand. Lovely on the go or an alternative salty breakfast.
