A Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that recalls the flavours and aromas of the past, coming from an ancient family recipe.
Result of the careful selection of the grapes, the particular cooking process of musts and the peculiar ageing, it is a dense and velvety product, with a soft bouquet and full body, which are completed in a harmonious balance.
It rests for less than 3 years in fine oak barriques, which give it body and a pleasant vanilla aftertaste.
It is ideal for enhancing cooked and raw vegetables, risottos, meat and fish. To be used only raw, it finishes and enhances every dish.
