An Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that recalls the flavours and aromas of the past, coming from an ancient family recipe.
Result of the careful selection of the grapes, the particular cooking process of musts and the long ageing, it is a dense and velvety product, with a soft bouquet and full body, which are completed in a harmonious balance.
It rests for over 3 years in fine oak barrels, which give it body and a pleasant vanilla aftertaste.
It is ideal for enhancing risottos and savoury pies, meat, and fish, as well as fresh fruit and ice cream. To be used only raw, it finishes and enhances every dish.
