Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP "High Density"
A Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with a high density, a full body and a persistent taste, with prevalence of sweet notes. It is produced only with two ingredients: selected cooked grape must and wine vinegar. It has an intense smell, with woody notes. It is a very versatile product, perfect as a dressing for salad, but also delicious on cheese, raw on meat, desserts, and fruit.
