Jerky is neither a new food nor a trendy snack. Beef Jerky comes from the need to preserve meat.
All countries and cultures have their own version: charki, carne seca, bresaola, cecina... In other words, cured or dried meat in order to be able to eat meat at any time.
We make our Organic Beef Jerky with organic beef raised in the Pyrenees, free-range, pasture-raised and antibiotic-free. Respecting the quality of life of the animals at all times.
We select top quality lean cuts with hardly any fat, mix them with spices, vinegar and raw honey. Then cook them in at low temperature.
The result is an organic, tasty snack, made with real ingredients and with extraordinary nutritional properties.
Our ECO Beef Jerky is much more tender and juicier than traditional jerky.
