BENLAR CURRY JERK PASTE
A uniquly Jamaican blend of herbs and spices (Jerk) infused with a combination of Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Fenugreek and other spices (Curry). Use as a rub for seafood, meat, poultry and vegetables, can also added to bean curries and stews. Instruction for Use: To each pound of fish, meat or poultry and 2-3 teaspoon of paste, rub in and leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes, then cook as desired
