Cocoa of Exellence winners, Ambohimena cacao farm is located within the Mava Estate, north west Madagascar.
Academy of Chocolate Gold Winners - Single terroir chocolate. The flavour profile of criollo-trinitario and forastero-trinitario varieties are influenced by the unique agroforestry environment of the river Sambirano alluvial plain.
The fermented and dried cacao is transported to the central highlands of Antananarivo, where the Malagasy Chocolaterie Robert team, roast, winnow, grind, conch, temper and mould this fine chocolate bar. High fibre, with added sugar, no use of chemicals ( alkalisation).
