Our Sant'Andrei cooked Ham is obtained from the legs of pigs raised and slaughtered in the European community. The leg is processed, pressed and steamed with the addition of spices and aromas to give the typical flavor of cooked ham. The product is packaged in an aluminium bag or transparent polylaminate.
