EPIROS KEFALOTYRI
Another of our hard cheeses, with the characteristic taste of traditional Greek hard cheese, is EPIROS Kefalotyri.
It has a slightly salty flavor and is also made from goats & sheeps milk. Has rich flavor and aroma.
Can be used ideally for “saganaki” (pan-fried cheese), grated on pasta and pies, but can also be consumed on its own.
