Why Choose Us?

We take pride in our fair trade practices, working hand-in-hand with our farmers to ensure only the highest-grade vanilla beans reach your homes. Our Grade A Tahitian Vanillla Beans are certified organic and non-GMO, grown with the helping hand of nature and nothing else!

Curating technique

Experience the exquisite taste of Tahitensis vanilla beans from Papua, expertly curated using the renowned French method. Harvested beans are blanched in hot water, immediately cooled in cold water, and then wrapped in cloth to sweat and release moisture in an insulated box.

The sweating process is repeated several times over a few weeks, allowing the beans to develop their unique flavour and aroma while carefully sorting them based on size and quality. This results in the beans' signature plump and oily appearance and a rich, complex flavour profile.

While the French method of curating Tahitensis vanilla beans is a labour-intensive process, it is widely regarded as one of the best methods for producing high-quality beans. Shop with us and taste the difference that expert curation can make in your cooking. Order now to experience the unparalleled taste of the French method Tahitian vanilla beans.

ETHICAL & SUSTAINABLE HARVESTING

At our core, we are committed to sustainable and ethical practices that benefit our planet and the people who inhabit it. Our organic and fair trade Bourbon Vanilla beans are hand-picked by our experienced farmers in Indonesia, who carefully nurture the plants from seed to harvest.

We believe in fair compensation for these farmers, and our partnership ensures they receive a fair price for their hard work. By choosing our Bourbon Vanilla beans, you're not only indulging in a premium product, but you're also supporting a sustainable and ethical supply chain.

Let's reduce the carbon footprint of vanilla by cutting out the middlemen and get your beloved sustainable spice delivered directly from our farms to your doorstep!
