Halloumi sticks
Ingredients:
Halloumi (83%) (milk), bread crumbs (gluten) potato flour, semolina (wheat, gluten), pasteurized egg, mint
Packaging:
Halloumi Sticks (25-30gr) - 4 kg (150pcs)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Deep fry from freezer in adequate oil until golden (about 4 minutes) or place them to grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cook without defrosting. Do not refreeze after thawing.
