Ingredients for processed fruit and vegetables
Interstarch products are utilized as stabilizers and thickeners in fruit and vegetable processing for the production of juice drinks, nectars, and other fruit and vegetable products.
Our molasses is used for sweetening, stabilizing products, extending shelf life, preventing sugar crystallization, and reducing the likelihood of sugaring. Glucose and glucose-fructose syrups are also used as sweeteners in the formulation of juice drinks and nectars.
Cold-water-swelling starches dissolve easily in cold water and do not require heating.
