Driven by the desire to reduce alcohol in favor of health and still enjoy our favorite flavors, we created the Le Mat brand.  
Le Mat is not just a wine from which alcohol has been removed, because we discovered that existing options were lacking. We have entirely recreated the wine experience to deliver a truly delicious product, using an innovative fermentation process based only on natural ingredients of superior quality and verified origin.
