Why legumes? The initial idea of ​​legume snacks is based on two important factors. It is a growing intolerance of gluten in society, and conversely a reduced share of legumes, even though they should not be missing from the diet due to their high content of protein, fiber and carbohydrates. The availability of legumes has greatly increased in recent years and expanded to include new, previously unknown species, but awareness is still low. We want to change that.
