These are our "go-to" when we entertain, and it's easy to see why. They are the show-stopper of any event when you fill them with lemon curd and fresh, edible flowers. 

You could also forgo the curd and opt for mint chocolate mousse. grated dark chocolate and a sprig of mint. 

Either way, they're perfect to pop in your mouth and the best part...you don't have to share!
