Amanda Peberdy
Amanda Peberdy is the Co-Founder and Director of Subrosa Ltd, a food and drink consultancy based near Ilkley, North Yorkshire. Since co-founding Subrosa in 2010 she has focused on helping FMCG brands navigate the retail sector and grow profitably. With over 30 years if experience in the food and drink industry, including a 15year tenure in several senior buying roles at ASDA, her expertise spans Commercial Strategy, Category Management and Retail Operations. Amanda particularly enjoys supporting clients business growth, ensuring their business remains competitive in the current retail market whilst achieving their own financial metrics. Her wider industry involvement includes judging Food Awards in both Yorkshire, Lancashire and in the brewing industry.
