Annica Wainwright is a former restaurant critic, behavioural science student, and quite possibly the biggest menu geek in the world. Her company, 2Forks, helps hospitality businesses create better customer experiences and drive more sales through research-based menu engineering. Over the past ten years, she’s helped develop killer menus for brands including Wahaca, Dishoom, Pizza Pilgrims and Rosa’s Thai.
