Charlotte has over 12 years of experience in the food industry, in roles including operations, sales and production with a particular expertise in sustainable supply chain management, packaging reduction and food waste management. She has built sustainable innovations for councils, universities, charities and SME’s, focusing on increasing operational and financial efficiencies through implementing more sustainable practises.

Charlotte is the Sustainability Manager for the Gather and Gather contract at University College London where she implements their sustainable food policy. This focuses on increasing plant-based consumption, disposable reduction and food waste reduction initiatives as well as positive procurement and carbon labelling practises.
