Chief Customer Officer, Planday
Chris joined Planday in 2022 as Chief Customer Officer following 6 1/2 years at Sojern as Managing Director for the EMEA and APAC businesses. He has also held leadership positions in Sales, Customer Success and Marketing at Intuit and Dell. Chris, not surprisingly for an American, started his work career at McDonalds when he was 16 years old where he was named employee of the month during his short tenure. As an aspiring performer in his youth, Chris also worked as a busboy, waiter, and host while he auditioned for his next gig. Chris' goal is to ensure customers are at the centre of everything we do at Planday, from how we attract, to how we sell, to how we support & serve. He holds an MBA in Marketing from The College of William & Mary and a BA in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University.
